Due to their odd design this shoe is pretty much a love or hate kind of thing, I honestly disliked the shoe when I first saw it in stores but I decided to buy something different instead of the normal New Balance or Adidas shoes I usually wear.

At first glance the shoe didn’t really look attractive to me and I seriously debated returning them as they were pretty expensive compared to what I usually spend on shoes (They cost £95 when I bought them). Over time I’ve really fallen in love with the shoe’s design, the design makes me feel like I’m wearing a fighter jet on my feet and I’ve been approached by quite a few people who wanted to know what the shoe was.

As well as looking good the shoe is extremely comfortable, it has an inner neoprene sock which hugs the foot tight and the mesh at the front allows your foot to breath. Nike actually marketed this shoe using the slogan “Have you hugged your foot today?” when the shoe debuted in 1991.
