Creativity is a human quality. We use our creativity every day just to get ourselves around. But the creativity you engage in may not be something you notice because you are used to doing it.

Artists employ their creativity in a specific way, and they do it a lot. They have built up that muscle.

Someone who tells themselves they are not creative is inventing a story, or maybe repeating a story they were told at some point, maybe by a parent or a teacher. But it’s not the truth.

Human beings are creative creatures. But to use that creativity in specific ways takes practice.
